I am a farmers’ wife and mother of 3 terrific adult sons.  I live on a farm just south of Perth in Oldbury.  We breed stud Dexter & Wagyu cattle, with a few sheep, dogs and chooks running around.  We love our farm life and discovered that as an advocate for health wellness and a live clean lifestyle, HLO complimented our world.

My passion commenced when introduced to a program called Gutsy at a time in my life when my health and weight were creating unbearable issues for me.
